The pool is open!
Residents please read the information below to gain access to the pool:
A. HOA will use the the ROFU BKC-5000 Bluetooth App to enter and exit the pool. This app can be downloaded to your smart phone. You MUST be within a 15 feet proximity of the gate for the system to work effectively.
B. All homeowners will be assigned a key fob and code to enter/exit the pool. Only one fob and code will be assigned per family. All homeowners will be responsible for securing and maintaining their fob and code. Please note the fob and code will be used to monitor who enters and exits the pool. Do NOT give your fob or code to anyone who does NOT reside in your home.
C. Homeowners who have paid their HOA dues can pick up their fob/code from Ray Hill at 8946 Redskin Trail. If you are unable to pick up your fob, a member of the ACC committee will be available to deliver the fob to your home. Text 678-478-4247 your address and preferred time for drop off of fob.
D. Residents are reminded to review and adhere to the pool rules. Additionally, residents are responsible for the conduct and behavior of their guests while at the pool.

SPIVEY ORCHARD POOL RULES
- There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
- All Spivey Orchard Estate HOA Monetary Assessments MUST be paid in full prior to use of pool.
- Residents MUST be assigned fob and code for entry/exit of gated pool area.
- Residents may bring up to four (4) guests and are responsible for their guests' conduct and behavior.
- Private parties are not permitted at the pool without prior approval.
- Anyone entering the pool or pool areas outside the pool's hours of operations is trespassing and will be subject to an arrest.
- The HOA will not be responsible for any money or property loss sustained by members or their guests while using the pool.
- A responsible adult must always be present to supervise children under the age of thirteen (13).
- No glass, food or beverages may be brought inside the pool area. Water in plastic bottles is acceptable.
- No smoking or chewing gum is permitted.
- Only service animals that have proper documentation as such are permitted in the pool area.
- No foul or abusive language shall be used in the pool area.
- Drug use, physical assault, or sexual assault are inappropriate behaviors and will not be tolerated. All offenders will be reported to the proper authority.
