COVID-19 Update
Neighbors,
At Spivey Orchard Estates, we are committed to keeping everyone safe as we reopen the pool and other amenities. We want to let you know the extraordinary and proactive steps we are taking to ensure your safety as well as ours. We have implemented a number of guidelines that will help us reduce exposure and transmission of COVID-19. In the guidelines below, you’ll find our latest strategies on how we will prioritize everyone’s safety.
We will continue to monitor incoming COVID-19 updates from the CDC and amend and adjust these guidelines at regular intervals as the situation develops. During this time, we want to encourage you to follow the usual health precautions:
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Ray Hill at 678-478-4247.
- Residents should clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces and shared objects, such as lounge chairs, tabletops, kickboards, drinking fountain, door handles, and handrails.
- Residents are encouraged to bring their own sanitizing/disinfectant spray and wipes.
- Residents are responsible for the safety of any guests they bring.
- No more than ten people may be present at a single location if six feet of distance cannot be maintained between each person. However, at the swimming pool, we strongly encourage those who do not live together to maintain social distancing even in groups.
- Any person with knowledge of someone with COVID-19 symptoms should immediately inform the HOA Board.
We will continue to monitor incoming COVID-19 updates from the CDC and amend and adjust these guidelines at regular intervals as the situation develops. During this time, we want to encourage you to follow the usual health precautions:
- washing your hands often
- social distancing and avoiding interaction with those who are sick
- refraining from touching your face more than is necessary
- practicing proper coughing and sneezing etiquette such as covering your mouth
- avoiding crowded events
- staying home if sick
