Annual HOA Dues
The 2025 annual Homeowners Association fees are due on or before 31 March 2025. The fees for 2025 are $740.00. Fees received after March 31, 2025 will incur a $50.00 late fee for each month up to 90 days. If the fees are not paid by 30 June 2024 and you have not made any payment arrangements with our treasurer, you will be subject to additional fines and/or a lien placed on your home.
