Annual HOA Dues
The 2026 annual Homeowners Association fees are due on or before 31 March 2026. The fees for 2026 are $740.00. Fees received after March 31, 2026 will incur a $50.00 late fee for each month up to 90 days. If the fees are not paid by 30 June 2026 and you have not made any payment arrangements with our treasurer, you will be subject to additional fines and/or a lien placed on your home.
